Our Church Discipleship Programs are designed to assist pastors in training leaders within their congregation to reach tactical goals such as witnessing, outreach, mission trips, and teacher development. 

At times, the Lead Pastor of a congregation typically will not have the time or staff to provide the necessary training for prospective teachers and ministry leaders.  CDM can help churches and pastors in this common dilemma by providing intensive, accelerated training in areas such as:

· How to Study the Bible

· How to Lead a Person to Christ

· How to Teach the Bible to Children

· How to Teach the Bible to Adults

· Mission Team Training

Courses are taught on a schedule that best suits the needs of the individual church with options ranging from weekly sessions for 8-12 weeks or intensive weekend conferences that utilizes 8-hour sessions on Saturdays.

Our Church Renewal Conferences are used by pastors as revivals or retreats and address the specific issues the pastor selects as the key themes.

One of the best methods of spiritual renewal is to participate in a church revival or retreat.  These formats allow for intensive Bible study and exhort the Believer to give their utmost for Jesus. Most of the existing ministries that provide these services utilize random topics chosen solely by the main speaker.

However, at CDM, we work closely with the Lead Pastor of a church to design a theme that will address key issues or concerns the Pastor wants addressed. This is a valuable resource for Pastors that provides an outside voice to challenge the congregation with issues he selects or simply provide reinforcement on issues the Pastor has already spoken about.

As with all our ministries, the Renewal Conferences can be done for any age group, and in any format that best suits the schedule of the specific church.

Our Church Support Services assist churches that are between pastors. Being much more than simple pulpit supply, our interim ministry will help a local church in a congregational self-evaluation, goal selection, training, and finding solutions for specific needs that will enhance the church’s ministry, sustain momentum, and make transition to a new pastor much easier.

Why should a church lose members and retreat in ministries during a time between pastors?  By using our Church Support Services, a church can grow spiritually and numerically during this time of transition!

The church review and evaluation is also a popular consultation service with existing pastors.  Many pastors use this service to help fix existing challenges within their congregation or to develop long range plans for their church.
